Daycare case. Prosecution experts insisted injury must have occurred that morning and could only be violent shaking. Later‑obtained pathology and CT showed old subdural with re‑bleed, meaning the fatal bleed could have started days earlier from relatively minor trauma; judge acquitted at second (bench) trial.
